How do I access my parent portal?
Your initial username is your child's Admission Number. If you haven't received your temporary password, please contact the admissions department.
My M-Pesa payment hasn't shown up.
Payments can take up to 30 minutes to reflect during peak load. If it's been longer, ensure you used the correct Admission Number as the Account Number. You can email the Finance Desk with your MPesa code.
I am a teacher and my login doesn't work.
Only the main school administrator (headteacher) can activate teacher accounts. Please request an SMS invite from your administration office.
