How long does it take to update the balance?

What if I enter the wrong admission number?
Please contact the school office immediately with your payment message or bank receipt. Do not delete the M-Pesa confirmation text.
How do I get my payment receipt?
Once the payment is processed, you can log into your Parent Portal any time and download your official digital receipt and updated statement.
